Born with Cerebral Palsy, Broderick has navigated life’s obstacles with unwavering courage and tenacity. Despite facing the challenges of Cerebral Palsy and using a wheelchair, he has emerged as a beacon of hope, resilience, and determination. Broderick demonstrates that with perseverance and drive, anything is possible.

Broderick received a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Texas, graduating with honors. This was an outstanding personal achievement, especially considering the barriers he faced, both physically and attitudinally.

As a motivational speaker, Broderick gives presentations that resonate with audiences of all backgrounds, leaving a lasting impression of hope and empowerment. His speaking engagements have included Sam Houston State University and U.S. Bank Global Disability Business Resource Group during National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
